Tommy Toe Organics produces the finest range of Certified-Organic Super-Premium Chutneys in Australia. All of the Chutneys are hand-made according to the very precise traditional techniques and exacting standards of yesteryear.
What does "Homemade" mean to us?
Homemade means that you make everything from scratch. Everybody claims that they use the highest quality ingredients but we actually do, we spare no expense. We use only the best freshly picked biodynamic and certified organic ingredients.
Homemade means that you don't take shortcuts. We take pride in the fact that we keep our chutneys on the stove long enough to make every jar as rich and thick as possible where others would add water to make two jars of chutney, we don't add any water at all we also evaporate off excess liquids until we're certain we are left with only one jar of the finest possible gourmet chutney in existence. This extra care results in a massive infusion of flavours and rich creamy textures that allows every mouthful to be one to savour.
Like the finest of wines, our chutneys become more divine and flavoursome with age. In addition to using the finest ingredients possible, we bottle and seal our gourmet chutneys piping-hot as soon as they are finished cooking, this ensures a fresher, fuller and richer taste that will only mature with age.
