We keep our gourmet chutneys on the stove long enough to make every jar as rich and thick as possible, where others would make two jars of chutney, we evaporate off the excess water and liquids until we are certain we are left with only one jar of the finest possible chutney in existence.
And like the finest of wines, our gourmet chutneys become more divine and flavoursome with age. We bottle and seal our chutneys piping hot as soon as they are finished cooking, this ensures a fresher, fuller and richer taste that will only mature with age.
