Most of our competitors add water to their chutneys. We don't corrupt the integrity of our products with added water (water dilutes the flavours, taste and goodness of the chutney) This means that where others would make TWO jars of chutney, we make only one.
In fact, the only time we even use it is when it's required as a medium to facilitate the use of an ingredient (e.g. Because Tamarind is dry, we soak Tamarind in water to soften the pulp, we then discard the water and only the pulp is used).
Also, with most of our recipes we evaporate off most of the excess naturally occurring liquids until we're certain we are left with only one jar of the finest possible super-premium chutney in existence. This extra care results in a massive infusion of flavours and rich creamy textures that allows every mouthful to be one to savour.
